I’ve always prided myself in being very thorough with my work. Often times I would build one solution for a client only to discover a small flaw in the method that made the solution only 90% effective – and I would then rebuild it to make it right. I never cut corners and I always wanted to make sure my best work was what went live.
The problem has always been time and my client’s ability to anticipate delivery times for service. This is what I now seek to solve.
As Simple Edge is now growing, and I have more staff to assist me in delivering the best web solutions to my clients, I’m now putting in some better processes to ensure not only a great product, but also a dependable turn-around time and professional communication along the way.

Anytime you have new service needed, all requests should go to [email protected]. This will automatically create a support ticket in our project management software. We can then track the progress of this request and make sure the right people are assisting you along the way.
You can expect a response from us within 24 hours (business days) of submission of requests at [email protected].
At the time of our response, we will either inquire for more information or get you an estimated time of delivery. A typical small-update request will be able to be completed within 2-3 business days of receipt of a request (requests that will take less than an hour).
