(“Simple Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and
protects information when you communicate with us, receive our services,
or use an application or financial-management tool provided by Simple Edge.

How We Collect Personal Information

We may collect personal information through:

• Phone, email, SMS, and in-person communications;
• Forms or features available through our website or applications;
• Your use of services or applications provided by Simple Edge;
• Plaid Link when you choose to connect a financial account; and
• Service providers that help us operate our business and applications.

Our website or service providers may use cookies, local storage, device
information, or similar technologies when needed for authentication,
security, fraud prevention, functionality, or analytics. These technologies
may be governed by the privacy policies of the applicable service provider.

Personal Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address,
communications with us, and information needed to provide requested
services.

Financial Information Collected Through Plaid

Simple Edge uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to allow authorized users to connect
financial accounts. When you use Plaid Link, Plaid may collect information
directly from you and from the financial institutions you choose to connect.
Depending on the accounts connected and the Plaid products used, this
information may include:

• Financial institution and account names;
• Account types and account identifiers;
• Current and available account balances;
• Transaction dates, amounts, descriptions, merchants, and categories;
• Credit, loan, liability, or investment account information;
• Account-owner information made available by the financial institution; and
• Technical information associated with connecting and maintaining the account connection.

Your financial institution credentials are submitted through Plaid or your
financial institution’s authentication process. Simple Edge is not intended
to receive or store your online-banking username or password.

Plaid’s collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information is
governed by Plaid’s own

Consent to Connect Financial Accounts

Connecting a financial account is voluntary. By selecting an institution,
completing Plaid Link, and authorizing an account connection, you direct and
authorize Plaid and the applicable financial institution to obtain, transmit,
and share the selected financial information with Simple Edge for the
purposes described in this policy.

You represent that you own, control, or are otherwise authorized to connect
every financial account you submit. You may not connect another person’s
account without that person’s authorization.

How We Use Personal and Financial Information

We may use information to:

• Provide web design, development, online marketing, and related services;
• Communicate about projects, service requests, meetings, and account activity;
• Operate financial-management, account-aggregation, budgeting, reporting, or administrative tools requested by authorized users;
• Display and organize balances, transactions, liabilities, investments, or other connected financial information;
• Maintain and troubleshoot financial-account connections;
• Secure our applications, prevent fraud, and investigate suspected unauthorized activity;
• Comply with applicable laws, contractual requirements, and valid legal requests; and
• Enforce this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Simple Edge does not use connected financial information for unrelated
advertising, and we do not sell financial information or use it to market
third-party products.

How We Disclose Information

Simple Edge does not sell personal information. We may disclose information
only as reasonably necessary:

• To Plaid and the financial institutions you authorize, for the purpose of
  creating and maintaining your account connections;
• To hosting, database, security, communications, and other service providers
  that help us operate our services;
• To authorized Simple Edge personnel who require access to provide or support
  the requested service;
• When you direct or consent to the disclosure;
• To comply with applicable law, a court order, or another valid legal request;
  or
• To protect the rights, safety, property, and security of Simple Edge, our
  users, or others.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for their
authorized services, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

SMS consent and phone numbers will not be sold or shared with third parties
or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Financial Information Retention and Deletion

We retain connected financial information only for as long as reasonably
necessary to provide the requested financial-management service, maintain
the authorized account connection, comply with applicable legal obligations,
resolve disputes, or protect the security of our services.

You may ask Simple Edge to disconnect a financial account or delete financial
information maintained by Simple Edge by calling 312-834-3343. We will process
verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to information we must
retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

Removing an account connection from Simple Edge does not necessarily remove
other Plaid connections you established with other applications. You may
review or manage certain Plaid connections through the

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed
to protect personal and financial information. Depending on the applicable
system, these measures may include access restrictions, multifactor
authentication, encryption, secure credential or token storage, software
updates, logging, and incident-response procedures.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or
disclosure will never occur.

Consent for SMS Communications

If you consent to receive SMS communications from Simple Edge, we will use
your phone number to communicate about your projects, service requests,
meetings, or related matters. Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is
not a condition of purchasing services.

Types of SMS Communications

With your consent, messages may include:

• Client communications: Service-request updates, website
  issue notifications, project updates, and satisfaction follow-ups.
• Meeting reminders: Reminders regarding scheduled meetings.

Example message: “Hi [Customer Name], this is a reminder
about your upcoming Zoom meeting with Zakery Kates today at [Time]. We look
forward to meeting with you!”

Standard Messaging Disclosures

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies according to your service and communication needs.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt in by providing verbal consent during a conversation or by
submitting a form that clearly requests your consent. By opting in, you agree

or contacting Simple Edge at 312-834-3343. We may send one final message
confirming that your opt-out request was processed.

Terms Applicable to Financial Tools

Informational and Administrative Use

Unless Simple Edge expressly agrees otherwise in writing, financial
information and tools are provided for informational, organizational, and
administrative purposes. Simple Edge is not a bank, financial institution,
investment adviser, broker, accountant, or tax adviser. Information displayed
through the service should not be treated as financial, investment, legal,
accounting, or tax advice.

Accuracy and Availability

Financial information is obtained from third-party institutions and services.
It may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, or inaccurate. You
remain responsible for reviewing official financial-institution records before
making financial decisions or taking action.

Plaid and individual financial institutions may modify, interrupt, restrict,
or discontinue account connectivity. Simple Edge does not guarantee that any
institution, account, transaction, or Plaid feature will remain continuously
available.

Authorized Use and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate information, connect only accounts you are
authorized to access, protect your login credentials and devices, and notify
Simple Edge promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not misuse
the service, attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with the service,
or use the service unlawfully.

Third-Party Services

Plaid and financial institutions provide services independently from Simple
Edge. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy
policies. Simple Edge is not responsible for a third party’s independent
services, systems, acts, omissions, or privacy practices.

Policy and Terms Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to reflect changes in
our services, technology, legal obligations, or business practices. The
revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
If changes materially affect how previously collected financial information
is used or disclosed, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent
when required by applicable law.
